创伤涂膜剂与常用消毒剂杀菌效果比较

COMPARISON OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY BETWEEN TRAUMA LINIMENT AND COMMONLY USED DISINFECTANTS

目的比较创伤涂膜剂与3种常用消毒剂杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对本研究创伤涂膜剂杀菌效果进行观察,同时与3种常用消毒剂作平行比较。结果含1 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定与500 mg/L替硝唑组成的创伤涂膜剂对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、产气荚膜梭菌和白色假丝酵母菌作用3 min,可达到完全杀灭。其杀菌效果与有效碘5 000 mg/L,1 000 mg/L苯扎溴铵和75%乙醇相当。结论所观察的创伤涂膜剂与碘伏、苯扎溴铵、75%乙醇杀菌效果基本一致,可有效杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌。

Objective To compare germicidal efficacy of trauma liniment and three kinds of commonly used disinfectants. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of trauma liniment and with three kinds of commonly used disinfectants in parallel to compare. Results The killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium pefringens and Candida albicaus exposed to trauma liniment containing 1 000 mg/L ehlorhexidine acetate and 500 mg/L tinidazole for 3 min were 100%, which were the same with those of 5 000 mg/L iodine, 1 000 mg/L benzalkonium romide and 75% alcohol. Conclusion Trauma liniment has the same germicidal effect with iodophor, benzalkonium bromide and 75% alcohol, so it can effectively kill the multiplication of bacteria and fungi.
