摘要
根据用户需要,研制了耐横向水压光电混合缆。该缆的主要设计难点之一是有横向水密要求,因而在电缆的结构设计时要充分考虑结构的稳定性以及横向阻水的特性要求;难点之二是该缆中电源线、控制线、信号线、光纤混合在一起,因而在电缆的结构设计以及加工工艺设计时都要考虑电磁兼容的问题。为此,对该耐横向水压光电混合缆结构设计的相关要点进行了详细分析和探讨,并提出可行的设计思路,以供参考。
According to user's demands, a radial water pressure resistant optical- electric hybrid cable is developed. One of the main design difficulties of the cable is the radial watertight requirement, and thus the structural design of the cable should give full consideration to the structure stability and the radial water blocking requirements. The second difficulty of the cable is that the power cord, control lines, signal lines, fibers are mixed together, and thus in the structural design and process design of the cable electromagnetic compatibility problem should be considered. As a result, the relative key points in the structural design of the radial water pressure resistant optical-- electric hybrid cable are analyzed and discussed in detail, and some feasible design ideas are proposed for reference.
