摘要
大型电力推进内河运输船供电系统的可靠性和灵活性将直接影响船舶航行的质量。采用PLC+PPU组成的控制系统对船舶电站实施控制,实现发电机功率的自动分配,并以多种方式监视、保护、控制和调节发电机的运行方式,确保船舶电站连续优质供电,为船舶能源的综合利用和统一管理提供保障。在阐述船舶电站一次系统的基础上给出了控制系统的设计方案,并就主要功能给出程序设计流程。实际运行表明,该控制系统的设计能智能化的满足大型电力推进内河运输船供电系统可靠性的要求。
Adopting the composition control system PLC+PPU to the ship implementing control power station,it can realize the automatic distribution of generator power,and the monitor,protect,control and adjust the generators operation mode in many ways,and ensure the continuous quality power supply to ship power station,what is more,it provides security for the comprehensive utilization of energy and unified management.on the basis of the expounds of the first system of the ship power station.This paper presents the design of control system scheme,and the main function of the program design pro-cess are given.
