摘要
用红霉素生产菌株LJ-12作为出发菌株,以红霉素碱作为诱变剂筛选出红霉素耐受性突变株LJ-12-2,摇瓶效价比出发菌株提高10.8%,65 m3大罐试验比对照提高9.9%。
By using erythromycin, strain L J-12 was cultivated as the starting strain, and with erythromycin base as mutagenesis agent, the mutant L J-12 which is erythromycin tolerant was screened. With this method, the ratio of effect to cost for the strain increases 10.8%, and the effect of 65 m3 large tank test increases 9.9%.
