摘要
质量流量是工业生产中的重要过程变量,在测量质量流量时,关键的问题就是如何消除介质密度变化带来的误差。温度、压力和组分的变化都会对密度产生影响,针对不同情况,探讨几种可行的检测方法,重点提出涡街流量计和孔板串联,测量组分变化大的气体质量流量的方案,并从精度、反应时间、性价比等方面对提出的几种检测方法进行了分析比较。
Mass flow is an important variable in industrial process. In measurement of mass flow, the key is how to remove the error resulted from the change of density. The change of temperature, pressure or composition may influence density. With respect to different condition, several feasible measuring methods were provided in this article. The schemes of using vortex flow meter and serial orifice plate were presented in this article. By using these schemes the mass flow of gases which may have large change in composition were measured. Moreover, from the respects of precision, reaction time and ratio of characteristics to cost, the analysis and comparison were carried out.
