大输液车间空调系统设计研究

Design Study of Air Conditioning System in Large Transfusion Workshop

摘要 通过分析大输液车间配制、灌封等重要生产岗位的工艺生产过程,研究对洁净室内环境影响较大的关键工艺设备,如:浓配罐和灌装机的散热散湿情况,得出配制和灌封岗位的空调负荷特征、组成和计算方法,根据新版GMP对各生产岗位的环境要求和空调负荷特征,研究合理的空调系统形式和季节切换控制。并分析非最终灭菌大输液品种用到的隧道灭菌烘箱对空调系统的影响和解决办法。 By analyzing the important processes of infusion preparation and filling and sealing in big transfusion workshop, the key process equipment which have large influence to the indoor environment of cleaning room was studied in this article. For example, the load property, disposition and calculation of air conditioners used in preparation, filling and sealing posts were determined according to the heat and wet loads on preparation tank and filling machine. Based on the requirements in new GMP for the environment for various posts and the characteristics of load on air conditioner, the proper form of air conditioner and the method of control with seasons were studied. The influence of tunnel used sterilizing case, which is often used in non-final sterilized big transfusion products, to the air conditioner system and relevant solving methods were analyzed.
