餐饮具集中消毒单位监管中存在的问题及对策建议

结合工作实际,分析目前餐饮具集中消毒单位因无准入许可以及相关法律、法规、规范、标准存在缺陷而带来的监管问题。建议通过加强部门沟通协作、加强培训、借助舆论监督和社会监督、创新工作机制、修订法律法规等措施以解决目前的监管难题。同时,提出对取消许可但须加强监管的行业的监管建议。

Based on work practices, issues rised with the centralized tableware disinfection units without administrative license as welt as the existing defects of relevant laws, rules, norms and standards were discussed. It is suggested to strengthen the communication and cooperation among departments, strengthen training, acquire the help of media supervision and public supervision, innovate work mechanism, revise current laws and regulations etc. for solving the difficult inspection problems. In addition, it brings forward some industry supervision suggestions on cancelling permit but with strengthened supervision.
