联盟经验对知识获取与本土知识保护的作用机制研究

Study on Effect Mechanism of Alliance Experience to Knowledge Acquisition and Local Knowledge Protection

联盟经验被视为缓解国际联盟中知识获取和本土知识保护的重要因素,但是有关联盟经验作用的内在机理和路径还不甚清楚。通过综合冲突观、关系观和能力观探究联盟经验对知识获取和本土知识保护的作用机理和路径,研究发现,联盟经验通过一体化的联盟冲突管理方式的选择、相互信任的建立以及吸收能力和合作技能的提高来缓解知识获取和本土知识保护的矛盾。同时,根据结构观点,在相互信任、联盟冲突管理以及联盟能力三者互动关系上,提出了"耗散型互动模式"和"增强型互动模式"。

Alliance experience has been viewed as an important factor to reduce the tension between knowledge ac- quisition and local knowledge protection, but the internal mechanism of it remains unclear. Integrating the perspec- tives of conflict, relationship, and ability, this paper explores the internal mechanism of alliance experience to knowl- edge acquisition and local knowledge. The restdts are that through integrative conflict management, trust, and alli- ance capabilities （absorptive capacity and collaborative know-how）, alliance experience has mediated the relationship between knowledge acquisition and local knowledge protection. At the same time, according to the eonfigurational perspective, the paper brings up the ideas of interactive model of dissipation and strengthened interactive model.
