转型期农民环境维权原因探析——以安徽两村为例

On Reasons of Peasants' Safeguarding Environmental Rights in Transitional China:A Case Study of Two Villages in Anhui Province

在回顾以往有关环境维权意识和农民环境维权研究的基础上,通过对安徽两村的田野调查,认为在转型期的安徽两村,农民环境维权意识对他们的环境维权行为呈现出逐渐脆弱的影响力,对自身健康权益和经济利益的追求是农民环境维权的重要原因,内心不满情绪的积聚催生了农民的环境维权行动,一些农民已经基于村庄脉络延续的考虑而进行环境维权。

Based on overviews of previous studies and a field research in two villages of Anhui province, the au- health and economic interests are the two major reasons for such actions. In addition, the accumulation of peas- ants＇ discontent also leads to their safeguarding, while some have taken actions to protect the contextual continu- ation of their village.
