造影剂触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨造影剂触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像检查中的应用价值。方法:对临床拟诊冠心病的240例患者接受CT血管造影(CTA)检查,其中自动跟踪智能触发组78例;手动触发组162例。根据BMI指数调节造影剂的用量与流率。自动跟踪智能触发组阈值设定为320HU,手动触发组根据患者心率情况,观察触发层面感兴趣区域的密度变化进行个性化手动触发。评价智能触发组与手动触发组对冠状动脉图像质量的影响。结果:手动触发能克服自动触发启动过早或过晚的问题,图像质量明显优于智能触发组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(x2=3.21,P<0.05)。结论:手动触发技术能获得满意的增强时相,有利于320排CT取得更好的冠状动脉CTA图像。 Objective: To explore the value of two trigger methods applied in the 320-slice CT coronary angiography. Methods: Clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease of 240 patients underwent CTA examination, 78cases were used the automatically tracking intelligent trigger technology, the other 162 cases were used in the method of manually trigger technology. The amount and the flow rate of contrast agent were adjusted according to the BMI. The threshold of the former group was set to 520HU, and according to the heart rate and observing the changes of density of the region of interest, the latter group was used the personalized manual trigger technology. Results: The manual one could overcome to trigger too early or too late, the image quality was better. There was significant difference between the two methods (χ2=3.21, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The satisfactory enhanced phase could obtain used the manually trigger technology, it contributed to the better image quality in the 320-slice CT coronary angiography.
