摘要 目的:解决集中供氧出现故障时能及时、有效的提供并连接瓶装备用氧气的问题,满足临床抢救和医院应急的需要。方法:进行多次优化选择,结合临床应急、抢救需要对瓶装氧气的减压装置及各快速密封插座、插头进行更换改进。结果:改进后的减压装置已投入临床使用,得到临床操作人员的高度认可。结论:通过减压装置优化、改装,当集中供氧出现故障时能及时、有效的连接备用瓶装氧气,值得在医院应急诊疗使用中推广。 Objective: To solve the problem of the spare bottled oxygen being connected effectively and in time when the centralized oxygen can not be supplied. Methods: Many optimization choice, combined with clinical emergency and rescue need, change and improve the pressure-relief devices of to the bottled oxygen and seal socket, plug. Results: The pressure-relief devices after it is improved have been put into clinical. It is highly recognized by clinical operation personnel. Conclusion: Through optimization and repacking pressure- relief devices can link the Spare bottled oxygen effectively and in time, when the oxygen is not supplied. It is worth using in hospital emergency.
