摘要 目的:对医疗机构中在用的医用电子直线加速器放射治疗质量控制进行调查,以期为发现并解决放射治疗中存在的问题、提高放射治疗质量提供理论依据。方法:制定调查指标、设计调查表,对广州市医疗机构中使用远距离放射治疗加速器的单位开展质量控制状况调查。采取问卷调查、当面访问为主,提高样本的代表性和可靠性。结果:放疗机构在放射治疗中的质量控制整体状况良好,但在照射剂量计算中对影响因素的考虑、患者敏感器官的辐射防护、物理师在职责范围内的参与率等需加强完善。结论:应加强整个放射治疗过程中从靶区确定、治疗计划、模拟定位、剂量计算到摆位治疗等质量控制工作。 Objective: To investigate the quality control of medical electron linear accelerators which are being used in radiotherapy department of Guangzhou to provide the theoretic basis for finding and solving the problems existing in the radiation therapy, and thus improve the quality of radiation therapy. Methods: We set up the KPI and template of investigation to track the QC record of each radiograph unit using X-ray accelerators from all Guangzhou medical institutions. By the way of Q&A survey, better face to face, we can try our best to make sure the cases are representative and reliable. Results: Generally, the quality control in radiotherapy of Guangzhou radiation institutions is good, but there are some problems in radiation dose calculation, such as the affecting factors, the protection of patient's sensitive organs, physical therapist' s participation rate, etc. Conclusion: There still exist some problems. Therefore,we should strengthen the radiation treatment process from the target area confirmation and, treatment planning, simulation orientation, dose calculation to patient setup and the treatment for quality control.
