目的:探讨医学院校进口减免税工作规范化建设,更合理地优化现有进口减免税工作流程,从而最大程度地提高进口减免税工作办理效率及资金利用率。方法:针对医学院校的特点,从免税政策依据、政策研究、规范申报以及免税设备后续管理等方面加强对医学院校进口减免税工作的规范化建设。结果:通过对进口减免税工作进行规范化建设,促使工作流程顺畅,极大提高了工作效率和资金使用的有效性。结论:实践证明,医学院校进口减免税工作规范化建设是一项必要而有效的工作。

Objective： To discuss the standardization of construction of tile import tariff reductions in medical colleges and more rational optimization of the existing import tariff reductions workflow, so as to maximize the efficiency of the import tariff reductions processing and utilization of funds. Methods： According to the characteristics of medical colleges, duty- free policy basis and policy research, tile reporting and follow-up to the duty-free equipment management were discussed for the standardization of construction of the import tariff reductions in medical colleges. Results： By standardi zing the construction of the import tariff reductions, tile work flow could be made more smoothly, work could be more efficient and the effectiveness of the use of funds greatly improved. Conclusion： Practice has proved that the standardization of construction of tile import tariff reductions in medical colleges is a necessary and effective work.
