Comparison between Financial Regulation Law and Financial Supervision Law

金融调控法和金融监管法同是金融法律体系的构成部分 ,二者对保障金融业蓬勃发展 ,促进宏观经济目标的实现发挥着举足轻重的作用 ,但由于产生背景和职能属性的不同 ,它们在许多方面存在差异。应运用比较分析的方法对有关金融调控法和金融监管法界限模糊的地方进一步澄清和界定。

Both financial regulation law and financial supervision law are the parts of composition of financial law system.They are important for financial business's firm development and realization of macroeconomy's goal. But because of their engendering background and functional property are different,they have differences in many aspects .In this paper ,by using the method of comparative analysis,we have studied and clarified the obscure demarcation of financial regulation law and financial supervision law.
