美国战略东移的行动特点 被引量：1

摘要 美国战略东移的行动特点主要体现在四个方面:倾斜式整合全球战略资源以实现最大优化;构筑以美国为中心的亚太集体安全体系;以"软实力"为优选,采取灵活手段扩展战略议题;在战略威慑层面采用"利比亚模式",重视非接触式高科技、新武器的使用和新媒体网络的作用。美国战略东移是过程而非结果,相互依赖和全球治理新格局在一定程度上稀释了传统霸权国与新兴国权力消长过程中对抗冲突场景。
