针对旭化成零极距电解槽特性,分析了增设极化整流器的作用、原理及选型,对停车方式提出变更,讨论了为极化整流器增设UPS的必要性,并提出了选型方法和控制方案。

The role,principle and selection of additional polarization rectifier are analyzed according to the characteristics of Asahi Kasei zero-polar distance electrolyzers.The way of shutdown is proposed to change.The necessity of adding UPS to polarization rectifier is discussed.The method of selecting UPS and control program are proposed.
