摘要
介绍了一种将氯碱厂副产含氢尾气经变压吸附处理后应用于光伏产业的工艺方法。该工艺采用变温和变压相结合的再生工艺,极大地提高了气体的回收率,所得产品氢气的体积分数可达到99.999%以上,能够满足光伏产品的生产需要。
A pressure swing adsorption technology is introduced to treat the by-product hydrogen-containing tail gas from chlor-alkali plants to be used in photovoltaic industry.The technology adopts the regeneration process of combining pressure swing and temperature swing,and thus increases the gas recovery rate greatly,gives the product hydrogen of volume fraction above 99.999% which can meet the requirement of producing photovoltaic products.
