对盐酸合成炉进行技术改造,用盐酸合成炉夹套水驱动溴化锂机组制冷水,将化学热能转换为冷源,供次氯酸钠工序使用,达到了降低生产成本的目的。

Technological transformation of hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace was carried out.The lithium bromide absorption chiller was driven by hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace jacket water to give cooling water.The chemical heat energy was changed to cold source which was then used in sodium hypochlorite process.Thus the aim of reducing production cost was achieved.
