摘要
以临沂电网风电发展的现状为基点,针对沂安中广风电场并网后对局部电网产生的影响进行综合分析。重点讨论潮流、电压稳定、继电保护配合等问题,指出在风电并网后展现出的不同运行特征,从电网调度的角度提出相关问题应对方案和风电管理措施,确保整个地区电网安全稳定运行。
The effect of the Yian Zhongguang wind power integration on local grid is comprehensively analyzed. The study is based on the development situation of Linyi grid wind power. The thesis, in which the power flow, voltage stability and relay protection coordination are discussed, points out the different operating characteristics of the above problems after integration. The tackling schemes of the related problems and the management measures of wind power which are based on power dispatching are put forward to ensure the secure and stable operation of power grid.
