内陆核电厂取水构筑物防洪标准探讨 被引量:1

摘要 取水构筑物防洪标准是内陆核电厂重要的设计参数,对核电厂初投资和安全、经济运行影响很大。在对现行市政、火电和水利相关规范条文分析的基础上,基于我国现行规范中的城镇和工矿企业重要性分等和利益——代价分析等理念,探讨取水构筑物防洪标准选取时应考虑内陆核电厂特点和重要性分等、取水构筑物的设置地点、取水构筑物丧失取水功能导致的核电厂经济损失、提高防洪标准对取水构筑物造价影响等因素,提出了内陆核电取水构筑物防洪标准选取的思路和方法。 The flood control standard of the water intake structure is important design parameter of inland nuclear power plant which has a great impact on initial investment and operation economically and safely of nuclear power plants. In this paper, the inland nuclear power plant characteristic and the importance of grading, the location of water intake structure, the economic losses of nuclear power plants caused by water intake structure not available , and the cost impact of water intake structure caused by a higher flood control standard and other factors are discussed based on the analysis of existing municipal, specifications provisions related water and thermal power, and the cost analysis which based on the concept of grading of the importance and interests of the towns and industrial and mining enterprises in the current specification. The ideas and methods used to select the flood control standard of the water intake structure used in inland nuclear power plant are proposed.
