班组管理是企业管理的基础,企业的各项指标任务,规章制度都要在班组贯彻落实,在农电系统全面深化班组建设管理的形势下,探讨如何以此为载体推动企业管理水平的提升。
The team and group management is the base of enterprise management. Each single indicator and task as well as regulations is requested in the basic team and group to carry out comprehensively. The study is to explore ways increasing level of enterprise managerial levels under the situation of agricultural electrical power system in totally deepening team and group management.
