摘要
用超声波法对强度等级分别为C20、C25、C30、C40的立方体标准试块进行波速的测定,采用四种不同的数学模型进行回归分析,得到混凝土强度与声速之间相互关系式,从而建立强度计算公式。结合灌注桩的实测数据,利用一次二阶矩法对计算强度值进行可靠度分析。分析结果表明,该法可用于对桩身质量进行快速无损检测。
The sound velocity of different grades (C20, C25,C30, C40) of cubic standard test block was measured by ultrasonic method, and the "speed-strength" formula was established through regression analysis of four function model. Through this equation, the strength of concrete could be calculated. Using the measured data of bored pile, the reliability of the calculated value of the strength was analyzed by the method of FOSM. Analysis results showed that ultrasonic method could be used for quick and nondestructive detection of pile quality.
