The Essence,Goals and Path Selection of Resource-based Cities' Economic Transformation——The Case of Daqing

经济转型是资源型城市可持续发展道路上必须完成的历史任务。对经济转型实质、目标和路径选择的理论认识是摆在城市管理者面前的迫切问题。论文以石油城市大庆为例,对上述问题进行阐述。

Economic transformation was the historical task which had to be completed on the road of resource-based cities＇ sustainable development. The theoretical understanding about the essence,goals and path selection of economic transformation was an urgent task which was in front of city managers. Paper had research on those issues in the case of Daqing-an oil city.
