深圳市社区统建问题疏导思路的初步探索

本文从分析深圳市社区统建楼的现状入手,对社区统建楼的违法情形及其产生的主客观原因进行了综合分析,继而从解决问题的角度提出了疏导社区统建问题的四个方面的主要思路和基本做法,并希望通过深圳市社区统建有关管理办法的研究制订,切实指导社区办理统建项目的用地和报建手续,积极疏导社区统建诉求。

This article firstly explained the condition of the community unified construction problem in Shenzhen city.And it produced the integrated analysis of both illegal construction behavior and some subjective and objective causes for the community unified construction.Finally,it probed into solving the community unified construction with four aspects of main thoughts and basic practices.The author hoped through the formulation of some related management rules of Shenzhen community unitied construction.This will practical guidance that community handle unitied construction project and report built procedures,and will active grooming community unified construction demands.
