“危机时代”我国财政政策探讨

在"欧债危机"持续发酵,各种危机相继出现的当前国际形势下,我国应当怎样合理运用财政政策来防范抵御危机和"强身健体"呢?本文通过分析2007年以来我国财政政策的运用过程、产生效果和存在问题,提出了未来一段时期我国在财政政策方面需要采取的策略和措施,为政策制订和决策者提供参考。

Under the current international situation with European debt crisis worsening and other crisis stepping on,how should China deal with the crisis and enhance economy through rational use of fiscal policy. With the analysis of application process, result and problem of Chinese fiscal policy since 2007,strategy and measures about Chinese fiscal policy in the future period are reco-mmended for policy maker.
