Global information has speeded up the process of the world's integration.The broadness and variety of the market has resulted in the rapid development of the information industry represented by the electronic business and net economy.The small and medium-sized enterprise with unique advantages have come into being.The urgent thing for China's small and medium-sized enterprises to do is to precipitate the information construction and technological innovation.We should take the means of encouraging and supporting thd technological innovation as the tangent point in pushing forward and facilitating the information of China's small and medium-sized enterprises.We should set up as soon as possible the sysytems for connecting small and medium-sized enterprises with scientific research institutions,improve informational passage,provide new technological institutions timely and accurately so as to establish complete technological innovation.At the same time,furnish some operational and favoutable policies in taxation so as to speed up the steps for informational construction and technological innovation of China's small and medium-sized enterprises.
