Synthesis of 2-Methoxyl Ethyl Cyanoacetate by Esterification

摘要 用氰乙酸、乙二醇单甲醚为原料,阳离子交换树脂A-15作为催化剂,以甲苯为带水剂,进行酯化反应制备甲氧基氰乙酸乙酯。通过试验得到最佳的工艺条件为:乙二醇单甲醚与氰乙酸的物质的量比3,催化剂A-15用量4%(质量分数,以氰乙酸为基准,下同),反应温度130℃,反应时间6h,制备甲氧基氰乙酸乙酯,收率达93%,纯度达95%。产物经IR、1HNMR和GC-MS进行了确定。 2-Methoxyl ethyl cyanoacetate has been obtained by esterification with using cyanoacetic acid and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as raw materials, anion exchange resin A-15 as catalyst and toluene as water-carrying agent. 2-Methoxyl ethyl cyanoacetate has optimal properties when the molar ratio of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether to cyanoacetic acid is 3, the amount of catalyst A-15 resin is 4%(the mass amount based on the quantity of cyanoacetate acid), the reaction temperature is 130℃ and the time is 6h, the yield was 93% and the purity is 95%. The structures of products have been characterized by IR, tHNMR and GC-MS spectra.
