摘要
90年代以来 ,供应链管理成为增强企业竞争力最重要的方法之一。现代供应链管理传达着有别于传统思维模式的、新颖的管理哲学 ,因此具有明显的竞争优势 ,其先进的管理方法对当前中国国有企业的改革具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。
In the 1990s, supply chain management has become one of the most important methods to improve the competitiveness for the business organization in the intensive global competitive market. SCM is characterized by novel management philosophy which is quite different from that of traditional management methods. We can gain enlightenment from its management measures so as to facilitate Chinese SOEs' system innovation.
