摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)与体表测量指数的相关性。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者92例和健康对照31例。检测血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、身高(H)、体重(W)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腹围、臀围、颈围、左上臂围(AC)、左大腿围、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI),探讨各项指标间的相关性。结果:糖尿病组IRI显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、B细胞功能指数(HBCi)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病组IRI与BMI、WC呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.70、0.41。糖尿病组内总胆固醇随BMI的增加而增加,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IAI随BMI的增加而降低。结论:2型糖尿病患者存在糖、脂代谢紊乱及IR,体表测量指标中BMI、WC与IRI显著正相关,控制BMI、WC可以有效改善IR。
Objective: To observe and analysis the correlation of the insulin resistance and body surface measurement index in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods: 92 patients with diabetes and 31 healthy controls were enrolled.Blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),lipids,HbA1c,height(H),weight(W),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),hip circumference,neck circumference,the left upper arm circumference(AC),the left thigh circumference,insulin resistance index(IRI) were studied to explore the correlation between the indicators.Results: The diabetic group IRI were significantly higher(P0.05),and insulinsensitivity index(ISI),β-cell function index(HBCi) was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Diabetic group IRI and BMI,WC were positively correlated.Coefficient was 0.70,0.41.Diabetic group total cholesterol increased along with the increase of BMI with a significant difference(P0.05),ISI decreased with the increasing BMI.Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes patients with glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,insulin resistance,body surface measure of BMI,WC was significantly positively correlated with IRI.Controlling BMI and WC can improve insulin resistance.
