摘要
通过对医疗集团化管理的概念、模式等现有研究成果的简单阐述,结合民营医院或股份制医院自身经营管理特点和发展时机,对医疗产业集团化管理的成因、架构、模式、历程、实践等进行总结、分析,进而探讨在新的市场经济、社会政策、全球一体化等条件下医疗产业集团化管理的新模式。
Through simple elaboration of concept,mode and existing research results of medical group management,in combination of private hospital or joint-stock hospital itself operating features and development opportunity,to summarize and analyze and research the causes,schema,mode,course,and practice of industrialized group management,hence further discuss the new mode of industrialized medical group management in the scenario of new market economy,social policy and globalization.
