摘要
结合北京地铁10号线二期某区间选用的加泥式土压平衡盾构施工情况,着重从盾构选型、刀具优化、渣土改良等方面,分析和研究了在无水大粒径砂卵石地层中的盾构综合施工技术。结果表明,选用加泥式土压平衡盾构对无水大粒径砂卵石地层具有一定的适应性,且无水大粒径砂卵石地层采用敞开式或半敞开式盾构具有可行性。
Taking the earth pressure balance shielding method adopted during the second-phase construction of Beijing Subway Line 10 as the background,authors of this paper made an analysis on the comprehensive shielding technology for waterless large sandy gravel strata,emphasizing the selection of different types of shielding machines,optimization of the machine's tools,and improvement of the quality of soil,etc.The results indicate that the earth pressure balance shielding method is applicable to large sandy gravel layers,and that it is feasible to use the open or semi-open shielding in large grain pebble stata.
