摘要
电刺激大鼠下丘脑弓状核(ARC)对外周伤害性刺激引起的丘脑束旁核(PF)神经元的痛诱发放电有明显的抑制作用(75/93个单位)。这种抑制作用可被蓝斑(LC)内注射纳洛酮部分翻转(16/20个单位)。这种抑制作用同样可被LC 内注射β-内啡肽(β-END)抗血清所翻转(17/18个单位)。实验证明,LC 参与刺激ARC 对PF 单位痛诱发放电的抑制,这种参与可能是通过ARC→LC 的β-END 能通路,再经LC→PF 的去甲肾上腺素作用于PF 而实现的。
Electrical stimulation of the ARC had a markedly inhibitory effect on thenociceptive discharges of PF units(75/93).This effect could be reversed in 16/20units by naloxonem microinjection into LC.It could also be reversed in 17/18 unitsby β-END antiserum microinjection into LC.It is suggested that LC is involved inthe inhibitory effect of ARC stimulation on pain-evoked discharges of PF neurons.The inhibitory pathway might be mediated by the β-END fibers from ARC to LCand the noradrenergic fibers from LC to PF.
