摘要
针对MEMS气压传感器温度漂移大、高度解算模型不准确、高度测量跳变方差大三个问题,本文研究了MEMS气压传感器在高度测量过程中的温度补偿、高度解算模型对比以及与惯性导航系统信息融合等三项技术:首先分析了温度对气压传感器的影响并对其补偿;之后采用数值积分方法解算高度,并与传统大气压高度模型进行了实验对比;最后采用自适应卡尔曼滤波器实现了惯性导航系统与气压传感器的信息融合。实验证明本文方法得到的高度及天向速度测量信息具有精度高、响应快、误差不累积等优点。
To the problems oftemperature drift inMEMS pressure sensor, inaccuracy of pressure-altitude model and noises in height measurement, the temperature compensation, modeling and fusion with inertial navigation system in altitude measurement are studied:Firsdy, the pressure error due to temperature is analyzedand compensated. Secondly,numerical integration is applied in altitude computation, which is compared withstandard atmosphere altitude model. Finally, information fusion based on INS and pressure sensoris realized byAdaptive Filter. Experiment shows that the height and vertical velocity measurement with this method is accurate, swift and free of error accumulation.
