离体蠕形螨活动和生存能力的研究 被引量:8

摘要 本研究表明透明胶带上人体蠕形螨在20~46℃范围内,活动能力随温度增高而增加,无种间差异;致死温度为50℃;10℃下活动能力明显下降。25℃,10~50%相对湿度(RH)间,螨生存时间无明显变化,两种螨均生存4h 左右;当96%RH 时,毛囊和皮脂蠕形螨平均生存时间,分别为34h34min(8~62h)和36h 27min(8~55h),种间无显著差异。 Observing change in the frequency of movement of the mites legs 1 on the adhesivetape,we observed that at a temperature between 20℃ and 46℃ the mobility of themites rose with increasing temperature,similarly for both speices,Demodex folliculoum and D.brevis,with 50℃ as lethal temperature.The mobility of the mites was reducedat 10℃.There was almost no variation of the lifespan of the mites in the range of 10~50%R.H.,living abou 4 h for both speices.When R.H.went up to 96%,the mites got36.27h(8~55h) for D.brevis.No difference has been found between both speices.
