新降压药——苯丁酯脯酸的临床应用

The Clinical Use New Hypotensive Drug—Enalapril

本文总结40例高血压病人服用新药苯丁酯脯酸与巯甲丙脯酸对比临床应用,讨论国产新型转换酶抑制剂的疗效及其副作用,结果证明该新药有明显降压作用,总有效率为92.3%,用药剂量小,维持时间长,副作用小,是很有临床应用价值的新降压药。

Comparision has been made between two angiotension conversive enzyme inhibi-tots(i.e.Enalapril and Captopril)in effectiveness.These two drugs were used totreat 40 patients with essential hypertension.The results show that the new drugEnalapril has significant hypotensive effect,the total effectiveness rate was 92.3%.This drug has an advantage in that it can be used with a low dose,long action dura-tion,and little side effect etc.It is a new hypotensive drug for clinical use.
