GC测定香桂活血膏中薄荷脑含量

Assay of Menthol in Xianggui Huoxue Plaster by GC

目的:建立外用中成药香桂活血膏的含量测定方法。方法:应用气相色谱法,测定香桂活血膏中薄荷脑的含量。结果:以峰面积为纵坐标,进样量为横坐标作标准曲线,结果显示薄荷脑在0.1078～2.1550μg内,峰面积与薄荷脑进样量呈良好线性关系。3批香桂活血膏薄荷脑含量分别为26.0,24.7,25.9mg/片。结论:该方法简便、准确快速、重现性好,可有效控制香桂活血膏的质量。

To establish a GC method determinate L-menthol content in external-used TCM Xianggui Huoxue Plaster. A good linear relationshi Pwas at a range from 0. 107 8 to 2. 155 0 μg. The contents of L-menthol in three batches were 26. 0, 24. 7 and 25.9 μg per piaster respectively. The method was simple, quick and repeatable, could be used for quality control of the plaster.
