正交试验法优选抗疲劳组方提取工艺

摘要 目的:通过正交试验,优选抗疲劳组方的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用水提取方式,以水为溶剂进行提取,选择加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,按照正交试验L9(34)表进行试验。以粗多糖作为指标,综合考虑,选定最优提取工艺。结果:提取的最佳工艺条件为加6倍量水,提取2次,每次2h。结论:优选得到的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。 Objective: To select the best extraction prescription of Anti-physical Fatigue Formula. Methods: The water extraction method, water as solvent extraction, multiple choice with water, extraction time and number of the three factors, each of the three levels of design, factor levels in Table 1, in accordance with the orthogonal L9 (34) Table experiment. Crude polysaeeharide considered as the symbol of the selected optimal extraction. Results: Factors related to Rc 〉 RB 〉 RA, extraction times (C) as the main factor. The optimum extraction conditions for 6 times the amount of water, extraction time 2 h, twice. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is simple, stable and feasible.
