离子导入疗法对防治糖尿病视网膜病变及改善症状的临床研究

Clinical Research of Preventing and Curing Diabetic Retinopathy of Patients and Improving Symptoms by Ion-introduction Therapy

目的:探讨离子导入疗法对糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行护理的临床效果。方法:选取88例(122眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为照组和实验组,其中对照组44例(58眼),给予常规护理治疗;实验组44例(64眼),在对照组基础上采用离子导入疗法进行护理。观察患者视网膜改变、视力的改善及自觉症状改善情况。结果:实验组实施干预后,视网膜改变、视力的改善、自觉症状的改善显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:离子导入疗法有助于改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼底血液循环,促进出血点吸收、改善临床症状,操作简单易行,患者易于接受。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of ion-introduction therapy on diabetic retinopathy of patients. Methods： 88 cases （122 eye）were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 44 cases （58 eye） of control groups were just given routine nursing care and treatment, 44 cases （64 eye） of experimental group were based on the use of ion-introduction therapy for behavioral intervention. Analysis the changes of retinopathy,improvement of eyesight and self-conscious symptom. Results： After intervention in experimental groups,significantly effective rate were higher than control groups with the changes of retinopathy, improvement of visual and self-conscious symptom, there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Ion-introduction therapy helps to improve eye ground circulates, promote absorption of eyeground hemorrhage and improve clinical symptoms.The method is very simple operation and accepted easily by patients.
