With the deepen of new round medical reform, China had initially established an set of basic medical health system and medical security system. With the rapid development of medical and health services, medical expenses had a rapidly growth, Overtreatment contribute an important reason for quickly rising health care costs. From the demand-side, supply-side, and health care system-side, this article analyze the cause of unnecessary care, and investigate the effect of person related to medical market leading by foreign medical cost control measures. Finally, focusing on the the natural features of medical market, we need making adjustment to their own national conditions and social development stage, to reach the intended target.
