摘要
在对普通光学显微镜进行一定改装的基础之上 ,设计了一套显微镜自动聚焦系统 ,并且给出了图像的灰度差分绝对值之和算子 ,解决了自动聚焦过程中是否正确聚焦的判断问题。最后还给出了一套基于启发式搜索算法的聚焦搜索策略 ,以加快焦平面的搜索。
Based on one converted optical microscope,a set of autofocus microscope system has been developed.How to judge whether the image is in focus or not and how to accelerate the focus speed are two difficult problems in the autofocus technique of optical microscope.Taking the Sum of the Absolute Value of Gray Difference as the measurement of sharpness can solve the former problem.To complete the autofocus course soon,a set of heuristic search method was applied.
