摘要
水文数据入库质量控制是水文数据高效合理地应用于基础水利建设的重要保证。针对水文数据的特性,在综合各类质量控制方法的基础上,提出从合理性、完整性和一致性等3个方面对水文数据进行质量检查,并编写质量控制程序,以水文整编数据为测试数据进行质量控制实验,验证质量控制方法的合理性和实用性。
The quality control of hydrological database is an essential guaranty for hydrological data into basic water conservancy construction with efficiency and rationality. For the characteristics of hydrological data, it checks the quality of hydrological data from three aspects of rationality, integrity and consistency, based on the integration of a variety of quality control theories. And hydrological integration data are used to conduct the quality control experiments. It finally verified the rationality and practicability of quality control.
