Relief Grinding of Relieving Form Cutter for Manufacturing Spiral Flute

介绍了加工螺旋槽的成形铣刀的制造工艺 ,并对铲磨齿形用的成形砂轮截形设计方法进行了分析 ,介绍了在AutoCADR1 4环境下 ,利用内嵌的AutoLISP语言 ,二次开发的成形铣刀铲磨砂轮截形CAD系统。

This paper introduces manufacturing technology of form cutter for manufacturing spiral flute, and analyzes designing method of form wheel section for relief grinding dentation. It gives out the second developed CAD system of relief grinding wheel section by form cutter under AutoCAD R14, by means of AutoLISP language.
