摘要
提出了变参数电磁振动料斗的原理 ,并采用微控器对电力电子元件的驱动和电磁铁端电压进行实时控制 ,对双频双振幅电磁振动料斗进行了实现。同时介绍了变参数实现电路原理和控制参数。
The principles of an Electromagnetical Vibratory Feeder(EVF) with variable vibratory factors are put forward in the paper, and a two-stimulated-frequncy and two-amplitude EVF has been manufactured, its power component driver and the voltage across its electromagnet coil are under the real-time control of a microcontroller. The circit of how to control the machine are also given and its principles are explined.
