摘要 文章对毛织物的抗静电整理进行了初步探讨,选用3种抗静电剂进行整理,通过正交试验设计,确定FK-301非离子抗静电剂、DH2-20阳离子抗静电剂、壳聚糖和复合抗静电整理的最佳处理工艺,通过单因素分析确定了壳聚糖三浸三轧工艺,并对这5种工艺整理结果进行比较研究。结果表明:壳聚糖三浸三轧工艺处理效果最好,经过50次洗涤,半衰期仍可保持到1.40 s。可见,壳聚糖作为抗静电整理剂可使毛织物具有明显且耐久的抗静电效果,为壳聚糖在印染行业中的应用开辟了一条新途径。 In this paper, the antistatic finishing of three kinds of antistatic agents for wool fabric were studied. It found the best finishing processes of FK- 301 nonionic antistatic agent, DH2 -20 cationic antistatic agent,chitosan and compound antistatic agent used orthogonal experiments. It got the finishing process of chitosan finishing with three dip three rolling up through single factor analysis. Finally, the effects of five finishing processes were compared and studied. The result showed that the three dip three rolling up finishing processes was the best. After 50 times washing, the half-life period kept 1.40 s as before. Therefore, application of chitosan to antistatic finishing of wool fabric can render the fabric apparently and durable antistatic effect,thus opening up a new approach to the application of chitosan in the dyeing and printing industry.
