涤/毛平纹织物各向抗皱性能差异分析 被引量:6

Anti-wrinkle properties variance analysis of polyester/wool plain fabric in several directions

摘要 使用YG(B)541E型智能式织物折皱弹性仪,测试5块不同规格涤/毛平纹织物的7个不同方向折皱回复角,分析各向抗皱性能差异。通过研究得到结论:与织物经向接近方向折皱回复角与经向差异较小,而与织物纬向接近方向折皱回角与纬向差异较大;织物经、纬密度小的,缓弹性回复性能较好;交织织物各角度抗皱性能具有明显规律,而混纺织物规律不明显。 Anti-wrinkle properties of five pieces of different specifications polyester/wool plain fabric in seven different directions were tested with YG (B) 541 E type intelligent type fabric wrinkles elasticity tester, and the relations of anti-wrinkle properties vs angles were analyzed. The conclusions were as follows: the crease recovery angles close to warp direction had little differences to warp direction recovery angles, while had a biggish differences to weft direction. If the warp and weft density of fabric was little, the slow restore elasticity performance of fabric was good. The anti-wrinkle properties of interweave fabric had obvious patterns, while the rules to blended fabric was not obvious.
