非小细胞肺癌肝转移与乙肝病毒感染关系

Relationship between Hepatic Metastasis and Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Non-small cell lung Cancer

目的探讨乙肝病毒感染与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)肝转移的关系。方法回顾性分析2003年1月～2010年1月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者480例,比较乙肝病毒感染的NSCLC和非乙肝病毒感染的NSCLC两组肝转移的发生率。结果乙肝病毒感染组同时、异时肝转移发生率为分别为13.2%和5.9%,非乙肝病毒感染组同时、异时肝转移发生率为21.6%和9.5%,两者相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论乙肝病毒感染的NSCLC肝转移发生率比非乙肝病毒感染组低,前者很少发生肝转移。

Objective To explore the relatiorship between HBV infection and hepatic metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Four hundred and eighty case with non-small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed from January 2003 to January 2010,and the prevalence of hepatic metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer in patients with and without hepatitis B virus infection was compared. Results ln the HBV carriers＇group,the prevalences of homochronous hepatic metastasis and hetemehroaous hepatic metastasis were 13.2% and 5.9% respectively.Meanwhile,in the non-HBV group,those were 21.6% and 9.5%,respectively.A significant difference between the two groups was found（P0.05）. Conclusions The prevalence of homochronous hepatic metastasis and heteroehronous hepatic metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer with HBV infectionis lower than that in non HBV infection group.Hepatic metastasis is infrequent in HPV infected non-small cell lung cancer.
