微骨窗入路治疗高血压脑出血52例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微骨窗入路手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法按微骨窗入路手术要求设计切口,清除脑内血肿,电凝出血血管。结果 52例患者中血肿全清除46例,再出血6例,经6个月~1年的随访,恢复良好15例,轻残26例,重残8例,死亡3例。结论微骨窗入路治疗高血压脑出血创伤小,术后并发症较少,生存质量高,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of keyhole surgery on hypertensive intracerebral hematoma. Methods Incisions and approaches were designed for keyhole surgery.Hematoma was totally removed and the ruptured arteries were coagulated. Results The hematoma was totally removed in 46 all of 52 cases,meanwhile,re-bleeding occurred in 6 cases.Through 6 months to 1 year's follow-up,15 patients had good recovery,26 patients had moderate disability,8 patients had severe disability and 3 patients died. Conclusions Via keyhole approach to remove hematoma is effective for hypertensive intracerebral hematom,which helps to decrease complications and improve the life quality.
