摘要
以钢厂冷轧生产线为对象,介绍如何将神经网络方法与传统的专家系统方法复合在一起,更好地解决故障诊断。具体介绍了系统构成的框架设计、神经网络的设计研究,并举例说明了神经网络故障诊断的推理过程。
With the cold rolling production line in Steel Works as an object the paper introduces how to combine neural network with expert System and implement the fault diagnostics. The frame design of the system, design and study of the neural network are presented concretely. The inference procedure of neural network fault diagnostics is listed as example.
