摘要
目的:探讨GDF-5与骨骼及其附件发育的关系。方法:在Pubmed、中国知网查阅有关GDF-5在骨、软骨、肌腱、韧带等组织生长发育及损伤修复过程中表达情况的文献,进行汇总分析。结果:GDF-5在骨骼及其附件发育的各个时期都存在不同程度的表达并与一些运动系统的损伤修复有着密切的关系。结论:GDF-5与骨骼及其附件增殖分化以及调控有着复杂而密切的关系,为应用GDF-5复合载体体外构建骨、软骨、肌腱、韧带和修复组织缺损提供依据。
Objective:To explore the effect of GDF-5 and the relationship between the development of skeletal and appendages. Methods:To look for the related articles of GDF-5 in bone , cartilage, tendon, ligament tissue growth and repair of injury and expression in the database of PubMed as well as CNKI, summarize and analyze those data. Results:GDF-5 in bone and its attachment to different developmental stages have different degree of expression, there is a close relationship between the damage repair for some movement systems. Conclusions: GDF-5 connects complicatedly and closely with proliferation and regulation of bone and its annex. This study provides the basis for rebuilding bone, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and repairing tissue defects using GDF-5 complex carrier in vitro.
