摘要
简单叙述了超声传感器用于明渠流量计的测量原理。对超声传感器的设计作了详细分析,特别对气介式超声传感器为提高灵敏度而增加声学匹配层作了研究,推出合理选择匹配层材质声阻抗和匹配层厚度的计算公式。另对信号发射与接收电路的设计也作了详细介绍。
The measuring principle of ultrasonic transducer in open ditch flowmeter is described briefly. The design of ultrasonic transducer is analyzed in detail. To enhance the sensitivity the air- medium ultrasonic transducer with acoustic matching layer is investigated. The calculation formulas of acoustic impedance and the thickness of the matching layer of the materials are derived. The design of the transmitting and receiving circuits is also given.
